Lost the first 2 pounds!

As of this morning I lost my first 2 pounds. I wasn't that perfect about my diet, but I am trying to improve so I am hopeful that the weight loss will keep going. I have stayed on track with my exercise. Can't wait for it to start giving me energy instead of making me tired!

    Wonderful!!!!! I found out I wasnt eating properly before and after my workout and that has made the difference with workouts giving me energy.

    For me, I needed protien before my walk and carbs after. i needed more protein overall.
