Day 406... it's been awhile

Can't wait until I can start Day 1 of maintenance. Been down almost 2 weeks with a cold and I have gained weight...about 5 pounds. I've definitely been feeding the cold and no exercise. Today, I have renewed energy. Decided to make it a spa day. Did 2 segments of yoga and a protein shake. Been doing computer tasks and having my coffee. Now to do zumba. Need to get this body moving. If I was gonna be sick this was a good time.. we've been steady in negative 0 degrees. Haven't been out snowshoing in 10days. Looking forward tomorrow. We will come out of the deep freeze and I feel like I can handle being out of doors. I sleep well every night so that is good. Have had plenty of rest and plenty of tea.

Today I commit to getting down to my goal. SP helps so I need to commit to coming here and hold myself accountable

•banana, berry, almond milk, whey protein shake
•mixed green salad with 3 oz sirloin, pecans and zias dressing with slice homemade bread
•chicken tortilla soup and a glass of wine

morning yoga, 45 minuted zumba, evening yoga
