It is time for me to move my butt. I have all the things I need in place to be successful. I hauled my sorry self out of bed when I woke up. I have healthy food in my fridge. My big obstacle is exercise. It hurts. My knee hurts- boooo hoooo.
Get over it.
I need to be creative and determined. I need to not let excuses hold me back from reaching my goals. I know in a few weeks it'll be warm enough to walk outside regularly. I love that early morning walk downtown by the river. I want to be able to do it consistently and not be sore and limp afterwards.
So I need to strengthen my knee now. I need to build stamina and routine.
I'm a smart girl. I can figure this out.
Pilates- here I come.
p.s. I did 2 seated chair workouts- feel great.
