Mother Daughter Time

I took my darling 12-year old daughter to the gym with me yesterday. We did Pilates together, and then she played racquetball and did some running on the treadmill. She absolutely loved it! I felt so good about setting the right example for her. I hope she will always feel this way about being healthy and staying fit. Also, being able to go together is such a great way for us to spend time with each other. I signed her up for her own membership and I think it will really encourage me to keep going.
