I have been being very careful with my food tracking. I've been drinking my water, and exercising a little every day. It wasn't my official weigh in day, but yesterday I stepped on the scale & I am down another 2.5 lbs. This is awesome. That is a 7 lb wt loss so far. only 60 more to go. Slow & steady wins the race. I think I can, I think I can, I know I can.
