I'm feeling great. :D
I didn't track food yesterday cause I was at my boyfriend's house and so we had food that I don't know all the breakdown of. Usually they're super healthy but this time it was kinda silly. :P Here's what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: oatmeal (130) and tea (30)
Lunch: 2 homemade waffles with syrup (??)
Snack: Piece of homemade pie with 1/4 cup of ice cream.
Supper: slice of bread with 1 tsp butter, and some homemade beef/veggie stew thing (actually really healthy, just broth and spices and lean meat and veggies)
Snack: 2 rice cakes and 1/3 cup of almonds. (320)
So yeah, not the healthiest, but I did make wise decisions, by not having juice, only two waffles, and not much ice cream.
But this morning when I weighed myself I didn't expect to have lost anything. But ha, I weighed 132.8. Which is 1.6 less than yesterday, and 3.4 less than Thursday. :P I checked how much my calories are at, and I'm eating like at least around 1400 a day, which is totally reasonable for me. I guess that goes to show I was really eating too much before. :P Lol.
So now my goal is 131 by next Monday. :)
