Meandering Monday

Monday, February 04, 2013

Day off.
Glad to not have a day ruled by antibiotics and such.
Very very very cold out, again.
Then again, it IS winter.
I did not do my stretches this morning, as my back was in that borderline land of the edge of spastic.
I ate healthy breakfast, and restarted my vitamins.
teeny itsy bitsy baby steps sometimes are really really tiny.

snacks last night - small greek yogurt, and an apple.
and about a tablespoon of chocolate chips.

Right now, I am eliminating whole eggs, as my last breakout occurred, I had two days of eating eggs for breakfast. I am clearing up right now. I don't even want to tempt it.

This week - I am scheduled to work tomorrow, Thursday and Friday.
And I go to my doctor for pre-outpatient surgery visit.

I hate that I was on prednisone because the scale is looking dangerous right now.

Just keep on eating healthy -you can do it! I enjoy and eat egg whites regularly, don't know if that is any better than whole eggs.
It is a shame they have to put you on prednisone :( There has to be a better medicine out there. I was lucky that was the one thing they avoided for me, so my weight gain was all my own fault :P
Keep up the great work! Hope your working days go well!

Have you had allergy testing for food allergens.
I did the rotation diet for many years and if I eat a single portion of some foods I have no reaction. If I eat that same food in less than 5 days i will itch like crazy/ I am a histamine releaser and the itching drives me right up the wall.
I hope you find what it is that is causing the outbreaks Pat in Maine.
