What's Possible for February?

Anything is possible in the weight loss world but only a little elbow grease is going to make positive things happen . Some things I have done..........

1. Bought a new diary to write down my feelings.
2. Tried some new recipes.
3. Planned ahead and made some soups. Less salt and more veggies in homemade.
4. Looking for things to be done around the house.
5. Try exercise videos when the weather is bad.
6. Blogging more on my spark page.
7. Reading the motivational pages. emoticon

I must DO and see what will happen n o t WAIT and see.
