Brand new week and opportunity for improvements await me!!!
Had a successful weekend. I blogged that I got up and out on Saturday and worked out for 1.5 hours. I also blogged I think on Friday that I changed over to the elliptical with the arm movements. I'm still doing my squat challenge even though I didn't do any yesterday. Yesterday was my day of rest, well almost. I twisted my hair yestersday and that took quite a few hours and arm work
I haven't been doing well putting in my food on the bodybugg website, their database is awful. I was warned about that, so it's sort of time consuming to build a database and a bit confusing. I think I got it under control now. I write down everything during the day as I can't access it at work. Plug everything in at night. My calorie burn goal is over 3,000 calories a day and since I increased/changed my workout I've been reaching that goal. Now to keep up the 1.5/2 hour workout.
Goals this week:
Drink 5 bottles of water before leaving work daily
Gym x 5 days
Put in 1.5 hours or more at gym on M,W,F and Saturday/Sunday bonus days
3 x week strength training
Avoid fast foods all week, cook, cook, cook (MY BIGGEST CHALLENGE)
One beverage daily besides water
My knees crunch when I do squats why is that? Got to look that up today...
