HLC Spring - Goal setting

1. What are your goals for this challenge? What do you want to accomplish (doesn't specifically have to be weight related) over these next 8 weeks?
My goals are to try to be consistent with my tracking. I am good during the week but fall off on the weekends. I also currently do not exercise AT ALL. I am looking for sneaky ways to either get at least a few minutes in every day or discover a form of exercise I do not detest.
2. How will you go about reaching those goals and work toward those accomplishments? What do you need to do to make them happen?
I really think this challenge will be a big help. Checking in and being accountable and having team support might just give me the boost I need. Also, I think I am going to get the mobile app. To help me track when I am away from a computer. My ipod touch is never far out of reach.
