1. Switch Kicks: 25-30
2. Power Jacks: 50-60
3. Power Knees: 107-125
4. Power jumps: 25-35
5. Globe Jumps: 8-10
6. Suicide Jumps: 13-14
7. Push-up Jacks: 10-20
8. Low Plank Obliques: 35-60
