Weigh in

Last weigh in I gained four pounds. I knew that was going to happen. I ate horribly, didnít exercise (except my back), and was just in a blah mood. I was a bit upset at myself for allowing myself to get that down.

However, last week I was like ďIím gonna do this. Iím gonna kick ass. I got this.Ē All my hard work paid off. I lostÖ

8 pounds! 8 POUNDS!! Iím so excited! I havenít been this low in a long time. I never weighed myself in high school, but Iím sure itís been that long. Of course, this huge amount means that next weekís weigh in isnít going to be as big. Iím not expecting high numbers, but any loss is a loss. Any amount of fat burned and muscle gained is a plus in my book.

Now to clip coupons at workÖyep.
