Okay, I did not make my goals for January. That's okay. Here are my non scale victories: New foods in my diet (quinoa, anyone?), less alcohol (hate this one, but it is good for me), better tracking efforts, tons of menu planning, and sleeping good (when DH isn't peeling the paint off the walls).
I am ready for exercise. It really is a mind over matter issue. I keep giving myself the out when I get home from work because I am exhausted. Dinner, laundry, shopping, etc. fall on my shoulders 9 x out of 10. So ...... I am going to have to fight for it. Wish me healthy choices in February, not luck, because this one is all about the choices I make.
