weekends are bad

So I find I do great for the most part during the week ...but once the weekend comes I end up not logging which is very bad top it all off I started getting upper back aches and pains on Friday and have had them all weekend working out is not an option till I figure out what the heck is going on ...I know Friday I did more typing that usual at my desk so maybe I sat the wrong way ...maybe bad posture but who knows if it doesnt go away I will have to get it checked out .
Today is better logging and stuff I hope for a great week and hopefully I can work out this week last week was 3x this week either the same or more ...since I cannot do more than 30 min in the morning I want to work myself back up to 5x a week.
Any suggestions about the back or anything would help ...comments anyone with similar things lol ...everyone have a wonderful day .

    Most likely it was the typing that caused your back to be painful because you were in one position too long. Try taking more freq breaks, stand, stretch, clasp your hands behind you to work out being in the same position too long. Epson salts baths help me a lot.
