Thing are not changing why because I haven't changed anything. So I'm putting it out to all my friends that I need to drop my calories It's worth a try is not the end of the world or a reason to over eat. I will track and measure as I have been doing but drop my intake to between 1600 to 1800 instead of 1800 to 2000 for 4 weeks and see what happens this is a change it may work it may not but the only way to find out is to Just do it.

    Change can be good (I hate change). I am back to managing my food intake -- lots of challenges this month. I need to give myself permission to be ok, rather than to be excellent!

    Loved your Vblog.. you have courage to voice your concerns to the Spark universe.. that is taking a giant step in overcoming the fear you voice of how you might react by cutting back by 200 calories per day. I am working on loosing my last 15 pounds also and it is tough. emoticon

I am inspired by your plan and have been thinking lately that I need to eat on the bottom of my range more often , instead of eating until I reach the max number. I love the "daily summation " feature .. it really helps me eat more balanced diet when I have less calories to choose from.. Hope you will keep us updated on how it works for you.. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hope the changes are just what your body needs. emoticon Loved seeing you vlog. Don't let the lower numbers throw you off. Remember lower calories doesn't mean less food. Just add more lower calorie foods. emoticon

Tweaking is always worth a shot. I recently upped my calories from 1500-1800 because I was consistently getting about 200 above my range. And then, suddenly, I was having a hard time getting into my range of 1700-2000--suddenly I've only been eating around 1500!

And THEN, SP told me it was time to consider lowering my calories, based on the amount of weight I've lost and the amount of exercise I'm doing...

And I love that clock, too!

  I think it is great that you are putting your concerns out into the universe because it holds you accountable to what is really going on in your head. 200 calories might seem like a lot but really it might even be as simple as swapping certain drinks you are consuming. :) good luck, you look terrific!

    I think dropping calories may be a good idea. I did it, and it was much easier than I thought it would be.

Listen to your body and your mind- you will always do what is best for you with enough reflection!

    Yes-I love SP people & you! It isn't easy to put it out there in a open & honest way(-I'm terrified of V-Blogs-lol) It isn't silly in my book to have fears & "the voices" in our heads
flipping out whenever we are changing anything.You are confronting yours & I have no doubt that you will find what is going to work for you. BTW~ I love your big clock-and HOW do you blog & walk at the same time????
