Its February! I am flailing around so far and giving into my every food whim. Lets just sum it with: one step forward, two steps back. Today I'm moving forward!
Today I am going to ReFocus and choose to be Grateful for many things....
A new day
A loaned exercise bike--new way to get cardio during recovery
Strength to step on the scale & post it on Holidays weigh in page
Strength to continue getting up when I fall over & over again
My children and all they bring into this world
My Jesus for loving me, saving me, forgiving me and filling me with His grace and peace to just try again, and again
My husband for loving me and sharing the past 19 years of joy & tears together
My parents for the endless love & support
My brother & sisters for putting up with me and still loving me and supporting me
My friends for encouraging me and listening to me
My fluffy doggy
Praying for strength to not only survive this day but to thrive today and stay in this place of being grateful for the many blessings in my life.
