I STARTED off by reading some great advice from my other favorite new site coachcalorie.com and what motivation indeed. It even helped me to stick with not obsessing with numbers and I feel much better not looking at the scale all the time. I've tried the teas that Dr. OZ talked about in his show and it has been helping..I drink OOlong tea and White and Green,Acai Berry and will purchase the Pu-erh tea soon. I've been purchasing Weight Watchers smoothies mix and so delicious with my Almond Milk and Fruit with a dab of whip cream. Yum. I feel the difference and see it too. I don't even crave sugar like I was before or late snacking, my appetite has decrease and I feel in control.. I've been using my Striiv 'fancy' pedometer that motivates me to get the minimum of 12,000 steps in a day( the daily recommended steps is 10.000) I always strive for more..I get more steps in on even my busy-busy days.. I'm loving my Wii fitness games. Zumba, Mel B and EA Active Sports1 &2 have been Awesome workouts!!!
Doing my challenge by moving in the kitchen from my last blog helped too..I've added more weights in my activities...I'm loving it!!!!!!
My Challenge this week is to get out at least 3 times to do activity, which if it means walking mall, hitting the gym, etc.. it's too cold out now, but if I'm brave enough I will try to go out there.
Well- off to gym now so I will get 1 out of 3 in for the week.
81. FACT: Thinking about working out burns approximately zero calories per hour.
On Feb 6,2013 went to my very first Boxing class and I had a great workout.
I will be returning. I came very close of socking the trainer with a strong
right hook. 2/3
one more outting to make and I'll have my 3 in before next monday.
This was a good challenge. I just need to chill some because I always
go overboard with my fitness until I get sick then I quit and then it's a never
ending cycle. i must break this at once.
