Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? they are always ready lol as I go to the gym 4-5 nights per week
What is your exercise plan? - The nights I go to the gym: S.L.E.D. every other night, cardio each visit. The nights I don't go to the gym: Wii Fit (or other Wii exercise program)
Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods? I count calories. Recipes, yes. Foods, yes.
Do you know how to connect with your team mates? Absolutely!
Did you put your Winter 5% Challenge Commitment on your page? Yep.
