my goal for this month is to stay on track and eat healthy.iv been haveing a hard time trying to lose my weigh i feel fat i dont like how i look my husband think im sick he said that i look skinny but i just dont feel it yet iv been eating like crazy i dont know what to do i just want to lose the weight by the summer.
so i will no longer eat junk food.will not eat no bread,rice or pasta or cheese for two month just intill i lose all my weigh or at least some of it.im going hard i start my hybrid today it for a month.
weight now 144
weight were i want to be by APRIL 130 SOME THING THAT I CAN REALLY DO BECAUSE I KNOW BY APRIL I CAN GET TO 120 WHEN I GET TO 130 THEN I WILL WORK ON GETING TO 120.HOPE I COULD DO IT LET MY GAME BEGIN.
