Ok, at this morning's weekly weigh-in I was exactly 203. Still maintaining that stupid 2 lbs above my lowest weight. Argh. I'm going back to my previous calorie range of 1500-1800 calories a day BECAUSE...
...I think I figured out what's going on. I stopped using Stevia in the Raw...since discontinuing use, I've pooped every day at least once. While I was using it, I went every 3 days, and it wasn't very much. I think it was freakin' constipating me! Unfortunately during this first week of non-weighing, I was also eating 1800 - 2200 calories, so I didn't show any loss. We'll see what next week brings, but I'm about 5 days from TOM, so it might not show anything next week either.
(SIDE NOTE: How unfair is it that I get my TOM over Valentine's Day?!)
Also, I am seriously suffering from SAD.
Fall and winter seasonal affective disorder (winter depression)
Winter-onset seasonal affective disorder symptoms include:
Loss of energy
Heavy, "leaden" feeling in the arms or legs
Loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed
Appetite changes, especially a craving for foods high in carbohydrates
Weight gain (perhaps?)
It's a struggle every day for me to move at all right now. It doesn't help what's been going on with my client.
Her accountant fired her. Yup. He refused to do her taxes this year. This man was a friend of my father's from way back, and that's why I got put on this job. I can no longer ask my dad about things since he passed in August, and now I don't have this guy to ask either. I have no idea if she's getting a new accountant or what. All I know is I'm going to work on her account this afternoon and then I'm going to pay myself so if the accountant uses up all her money, she won't owe me anything and I won't get screwed. Joy.
When the guy who hired me told me to charge her more than I was originally going to because "you'll earn it", he sure meant it.
As for now, I'm off to get my teeth cleaned, then finish up grocery shopping for the week.

Saturday: Mushroom, Roasted Garlic & Ricotta Ravioli in a Light Cream Sauce
Sunday: Beef Roast w/ Carrots & Onions
