Back to the work week...not fun. I had a good, productive weekend, but I am NOT feeling like work this morning. I might treat myself to a coffee to perk myself up...tea is just not cutting it this morning.
I was hoping to motivate myself to work out this afternoon, but we'll see how it goes. If I continue to drag, I might not be able to push myself enough. I wish Spring was here already...that fresh air always livens me up! Anyone have any ideas for motivating yourself to work out when you're really not feeling it?
