So starting February 1st to get my total number of fruits and veggies I need per day I have started making smoothies! I have to have at least one veggie and one fruit in each smoothie but can have more. I am addicted to these especially with the ones I include spinach in. My sister refuses to drink them because it has spinach in it but I absolutely love them! Which I know sounds weird lol.
I am feeling good so far on this biggest loser challenge! I love the try a new food day which is awesome, I discovered I like baked cauliflower and I could see myself making more of that :) Next I would like to try is Kale....
