I am addicted to..

Monday, February 04, 2013

So starting February 1st to get my total number of fruits and veggies I need per day I have started making smoothies! I have to have at least one veggie and one fruit in each smoothie but can have more. I am addicted to these especially with the ones I include spinach in. My sister refuses to drink them because it has spinach in it but I absolutely love them! Which I know sounds weird lol.

I am feeling good so far on this biggest loser challenge! I love the try a new food day which is awesome, I discovered I like baked cauliflower and I could see myself making more of that :) Next I would like to try is Kale....

I just started drinking green smoothies too & I LOVE THEM!!! When I drink them I not only have more energy & physically feel great, but I am also happier & laugh more, AND my cravings for sugar & starches have decreased. Now that I've started drinking them I don't think I can stop & I'm trying to convert everyone else to drinking them! BTW, I love kale in my smoothies, but you need a high-powered blender because it's thicker & waxier than spinach. emoticon emoticon

Oh man, you made me want a smoothie! LOL So the baked cauliflower really is good? It's on my "try it" list but I haven't yet. I'll have to move it to the top! emoticon
