I am participating in BLC 21 and one of the goals was to get 7 hours of sleep a night for 4 nights. This works with my streak of trying to get more sleep.
I am not a football fan, and zumba was cancelled because of the superbowl. I spent the day playing with my grandkids, and doing chores and decluttering. I got a few things done that I had been putting off.
Since Zumba was cancelled, I felt the need to bump up my cardio, so I did a 35 minute kickboxing DVD workout. it really got my heart rate up and while I did not get all the moves down, I know I will do better next time.
After my workout, I decided to go to bed early. I got more than 7 hours in last night and now I feel really rested. I have been able to get 7 hours in on non work days and 6 hours in on work days, and I feel better. Previously I would yawn all day, and now I only do it occasionally.
I exercised this morning and hope to go to Zumba tonight.
