Sigh. I thought I was eating healthy but stress got to me. Late night tuna subs - size large. so gooood. I'm good ALL day and then lose it at dinner. Doesn't' matter if I'm full or not - I know part of it is stress, depression, exhaustion. I need to be strong on this going forward. I gained a few pounds last week since I couldn't work out (yeah, they say you can make time, but now my sleep avg is less than 5hrs a night and I just choose sleep over working out. I hope to get out for a walk to two during the week if the snow eases off this week and I'm not stuck in another meeting.
Well, quick post today. I have made changes though. last week and this week I made zero point WW soup (although may be higher in sodium than I like, but it TASTES SO GOOD. Maybe I'm retaining water. I also made a low cal chicken cheese, veggie casserole from hungrygirl.com that is AMAZING and has been great for lunch. I just need to get cardio in.
Only 2 more months to go....
