Okay, I haven't but I swear I can't continue being healthy for more than 3 weeks without falling off the wagon and being a real idiot with my choices. The first sign of stress or trouble, I want to quit and forget it.
I know what triggered it this time, Week 2, I posted no loss. Week 3, I posted a 1 pound loss. I thought to myself, why am I trying this hard to lose weight if it's not really working. Shoot, I can eat a donut and lose nothing. Here I am exercising every day, measuring every bit of food, and only eating the healthiest of healthy and I don't lose anything? Bah! No fair.
Of course, I realize that it's not just the weight coming off that's making me healthier. The exercise and good food choices are improving my cholesterol, blood pressure, and whatever else is going on in there!
Hopefully, I can pull it together this week.
