Well, after completing day 1 of P90 (sweat 1-2/ab ripper 100) I'm reminded of a few things. One is how much I dislike yoga. Two I much prefer the strength days over the cardio days. And three is holy crap I am out of shape. I definitely had to take it slow today with it. But they say you should start out slow anyways, so guess that's alright. Here's to hoping that at some point it gets easier *lol* Only 89 days to go.
ETA: I think worse than the workout was taking a look at my before pictures. ACK!
