2.4.13 Notes

- It snowed another few inches today but sadly I was too busy with work & home related things to be able to get outside for an hour before it got too late to be banging around outside with a snow shovel.

- However, I cooked a healthy dinner consisting of 100% whole wheat pasta with a home made sauce consisting of mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach and ground turkey. It came out really well and was quite filling and full of flavor.

- While I was unable to get outside and do the kind of exercise that I would have preferred, I did do 10 minutes of mainly upper body strength training with a kettle bell. So at least there is that.

- Now hopefully I can sleep for the next 5 hours and get my out of whack sleep schedule back on track. While I'm perfectly efficient at staying up till 6am and sleeping till 2pm, I'm happier when I rise between 730am-9am and am in bed by midnight-2am.
