Today is going to be a long day, I didn't sleep well last night. I think after the gym today it will be a very early bedtime...like as soon as the kids are done homework and fed lol.

Yesterday's goals:
60 mins cardio - 45 I took my sister with me to the gym yesterday and she hasn't worked out in I don't know how long so I didn't want to push her too much.
8 cups water - 8 emoticon
Feed day - emoticon
Upper body ST - emoticon we also did lower body ST on machines.

Today's goals:
40 mins cardio
8 cups water
Fast day
SLEEP
