Today is going to be a long day, I didn't sleep well last night. I think after the gym today it will be a very early bedtime...like as soon as the kids are done homework and fed lol.
60 mins cardio - 45 I took my sister with me to the gym yesterday and she hasn't worked out in I don't know how long so I didn't want to push her too much.
