Thoughts...

Well, sleep schedule is still a HU-AGE challenge. Need to work on getting to bed at a decent time, so I can get up at a reasonable time and still get enough sleep to function well throughout the day. Still need to work on my diet. Still need to work on my exercise. Still need to work on my motivation. Still need to work on my LIFE.

I want to be able to do a cartwheel again. I want to be able to do the splits again. I want to be able to jump again. I want to be able to run a mile in under 7 minutes again. I want to be able to run 5 miles without stopping again. I want to be able to feel confident again. I want to be able to sit in a chair without worrying about the maximum weight capacity. I want to be able to have adventures and do things like kayaking and zip-lining and stuff like that without inhibitions, without worrying about maximum weight capacity or whether or not I will fit in their largest piece of equipment or safety gear. I want to live life freely and without fear. I need to change my "want to" into "will do".
