Making Progress

So glad to be moving forward and downward again! Even though I still haven't been getting in my exercise I have dropped 8 lbs. over the last couple weeks. It's a great feeling, especially since I've been in a holding pattern for so long. Guess my motivation has finally kicked back in. Every time I think about eating something less than healthy I stop and think about the person who will be so proud of my progress, and it stops me in my tracks. I know they say that external motivation is not as good as internal motivation, but if it works I'm not knocking it.

What is your motivation?

    wonderful! My motivation is plain ol' healthy living. Trying to stay away from doctors and insurance companies!

    Awesome!! Congrats on the weight loss!

My motivation is to live a longer life through better health. Before I started this journey, I really felt like I was killing myself.
