So glad to be moving forward and downward again! Even though I still haven't been getting in my exercise I have dropped 8 lbs. over the last couple weeks. It's a great feeling, especially since I've been in a holding pattern for so long. Guess my motivation has finally kicked back in. Every time I think about eating something less than healthy I stop and think about the person who will be so proud of my progress, and it stops me in my tracks. I know they say that external motivation is not as good as internal motivation, but if it works I'm not knocking it.
