Week 3

This was my first week back to the gym. I actually found it much easier than I thought, I did 25 min on the elliptical and I was only mildly sore the next few days. I think I may have a knee injury from kneeling at church of all places, but I really don't know, it doesn't hurt to walk or exercise, but it does get stiff and hurt in the morning. I didn't do so hot at cutting back on the caffeine so I need to work on that this week as Lent is coming and I will be kicking the soda habit. I also had a cheat day this week and I was really sorry for it, the food from the restaurant was so bad, I'd rather eat my own cooking! I wanted to go to the gym twice this week but only made it once, I made up for the second session with 90 minutes of non-stop cleaning. I did ok on the carbs, I didn't make it under 25 but I did have a lot of low calorie days, high of 84 and a low of 22 so it wasn't too bad.

This week's goals:
1. Gym 2 times for 25 minutes
2. Phase out caffeine
3. Try to prepare low carb snacks ahead of time for hunger fits
