Today I feel stressed and overwhelmed. I mindlessly ate food and it was hard to get through my workout. I went back through my food journal and talked to my husband about why I was feeling the way I did.
Great job reviewing your food journal, blogging, and talking to someone. I was just looking for some motivational phrases to use as a mantra for when it gets hard and found this one I like a lot:
You don't have to be perfect, you just have to stick with it.
I like it, because we sure are not perfect, not one single one of us! But, we can get up, see what there is to learn and move on.
