Summary:

AM cardio: Aerobox: basic drill and jumping... 30 minutes

PM ST: Les Mills Phase I challenge... 28 minutes
PM cardio: Amy Bento heavy bag workout... 10 minutes

Total minutes: 68 minutes

....

Nutrition:

Lunch: Jerk chicken / 1/2 cup black rice / 1.5 cups veggies

Dinner: chicken wings / sauteed kale

I should have been in bed by now ... see you later on today!

    AWESOME you got it down and done! I did too! not near as much and didn't sweat but got it done. lower body today going to ride bike then while biggest loser is on will do upper body!
