Week 5

I lost no weight and my body fat percentage went up. Hmmm?! I have realized that I'm not doing a lot of strength training, only 1 day per week. I also have been crazy busy now that school is up and going, and it's much harder to keep track of my calories. Blerg. I really want to lose weight this week!

Things To Focus On This Week:
-Eat breakfast before work
-Drink smoothie after workout
-Take vitamins with me to work/school
-Don't eat 3 hours before bed
