The first time I used this site I dropped 150 pounds in 2 years. A year and a half later I've gained back a lot of the weight I worked so hard to lose. There are so many excuses that I could use to explain the weight gain but it comes down to one simple truth, I let my healthy lifestyle fall to the bottom of my priority list to chase some other goals rather than trying to balance them. This time around, I'm going to keep after it no matter what comes my way.
Tomorrow marks day one of my 2nd journey which I'm going to focus on making life long. It's not going to be easy, it wasn't the first time, but with this site, old friends and new ones I hope to make along the way, it'll help keep me on track.
Here's to a fresh start!
