Stage 2 is going to deal with healthy diet habits. The first step of Stage 2 was to take the Healthy Lifestyle Pledge and make a strong commitment. I signed and dated my Healthy Lifestyle Pledge today. I feel that I do have a strong commitment.
I have lost 4 pounds towards my 10% weight loss challenge for May 31st. 21.5 pounds to go. I am on track. I was hoping to be down 5 1/2 pounds by the end of January, but I am not going to sweat it at this point in time. I didn't get started until the middle of January, so I am not going to worry too much about it. I still have plenty of time to reach my goal.
I have decided to stick with my Fast Break Goals until they become a habit. At this point in time I feel that I need to focus on them some more. Maybe by the end of Stage 2 they will have become one of my healthy lifestyle habits.
Our television was tuned into the Super Bowl, although I didn't sit there and watch it. I spent my time Sparking!
I am psyched and ready to go this week.
