So, I have a couple of goals this month. I shall list them here.
-Exercise every day this month for at least 15 minutes.
-Resist the urge to weigh all the time. Only once a week.
-Lose 5 lbs.
-Drink at least 4 cups of water daily (gotta start somewhere).
-Begin vlogging my progress on my YouTube.
