It was a good day. I had to have a *light* workout because I was sore. A tylenol and taking it easy has helped. I am pretty sure it's the Wii Fit soccer/balance game that caused the soreness.
No eating after 8pm, it takes a concious effort. Obviously we have been eating after 8 most nights-because at 7:30 the past few nights I've looked up and realized I almost missed supper :)
Each day that I do my nutrition report I can see areas that need improvement. I need to cut out some fat grams (never go under on that range) And strike some balance between carbs and calories. I am amazed at how helpful SP's food tracker is. Not sure if it's the layout or just that I am more motivated-either way it's good! I'm slowly "auto-correcting" my choices -reminding myself that I can cut out some fat here and there without missing it much. Fit Bit has caused the same "correcting"- "Oh I'm low on steps, I will park farther away from the store today"
Tonight is another example of FitBit motivation "I want to get my sleep hours up from last night..so I need to shut the computer down :) "
