Its Sunday check in Time... Superbowl is over and whether you watched or not or ate well or didn't, tomorrow is a new day.
What am I gonna do with it?

KEEP TRACKING AND EXCERCISING
And I am doing some thinking about why I had so much success the first year, and have slowed down so much in the last 2 years...
I had a sort of epiphany today and that is....I met all my small goals and then lost focus. Yes I still have a number in my mind that I want to get too but how am I gonna get there...
Therein lies my journey. I guarantee one thing.
I will never stop trying. Because I'm stubborn like that.
