Hey y'all...

Its Sunday check in Time... Superbowl is over and whether you watched or not or ate well or didn't, tomorrow is a new day.

What am I gonna do with it?

DETOX (again)...

PLAN MEALS (again )


And I am doing some thinking about why I had so much success the first year, and have slowed down so much in the last 2 years...

I had a sort of epiphany today and that is....I met all my small goals and then lost focus. Yes I still have a number in my mind that I want to get too but how am I gonna get there...

Therein lies my journey. I guarantee one thing.

I will never stop trying. Because I'm stubborn like that.

    Too funny, I am behind on reading your blogs but I on the other hand have stepped it up. I am logging food which for some reason don't like to do and it is making all the difference. I ma finally losing after FOREVER.

    You can do this. As you said, you WILL do this.

    Hmm, that is a really good question. What will I never give up on? You know, I think that even if I believe that I will never lose any more weight, I still will not go back to the way I was before. I will never give up on moving my body in some fashion, even if it's not the sweaty, calorie-burning version. And I will never give up on the concept that one eating mistake is just a blip, a bump in the road. I know now that I don't have to go down that rabbit hole where one chocolate chip cookie leads to days or weeks of overeating.

    The game was kind of a snoozer for us (we are n0t Ravens fans) but the last little bit got exciting.
    I know what works for me food wise-exercise wise. I am focusing more now on my 'head' as that is where my problems lie. Some therapy focusing.
    I will never give up on ME!

    We watched the game and ate. Not too bad, but more than I should.
    It's okay, I know to do better this week.
    Hey, that's the way it goes, it's life. Ups and downs. I'm no longer beating myself up over things.
    I too will never give up trying. Because one day I WILL get there. emoticon
    What will I be doing this week to be good to myself? Going through a box of papers that has been driving me crazy to get done. Not much of a treat but it sure eliminates stress every time I look at it and that's a good thing to do for myself.
