So I am slacking really bad today. My body needs rest from the busy weekend, and I am so exhausted only slept 4 hours last night, so I am skipping my workouts and going straight to bed.
I am a bit annoyed with myself for this, but it is what it is. I have stayed within my calories requirements, and will be back at it tomorrow.
I also need to get my review and goal planning done still which is very hard to do on work days, but I will make it a priority tomorrow.
