243: Army of one, Day 56

So I am slacking really bad today. My body needs rest from the busy weekend, and I am so exhausted only slept 4 hours last night, so I am skipping my workouts and going straight to bed.

I am a bit annoyed with myself for this, but it is what it is. I have stayed within my calories requirements, and will be back at it tomorrow.

I also need to get my review and goal planning done still which is very hard to do on work days, but I will make it a priority tomorrow.

    Well thanks for all the positive feedback. This was my fault for burning the candle at both ends a bit hard this weekend. It happens, but still annoyed. I am back at it. At least I stuck to my caloric intake limits.

    Your body can't function right without proper rest..get your rest and then you'll be back at it in no time.

    I always find I can go harder in terms of exercise when I give my body the rest it needs.....that or it is all in my head and I'm just lazy....but I Ike the first reason better :)

    One day won't break you and sometimes we just need that slack day or cheat day or w/e you wanna call it.. The point is your mind is already made up to get back to it tomorrow and that's what counts. emoticon emoticon
