I was going to say off to a "good" start, but I don't think that really accurately sums up the first 3 days of my weight loss challenge. It actually was great. Friday, I did my regular Zumba class, then weighed in with my team and we used the spin bikes for about 35 minutes afterwards then I had to go pick up my son from preschool. I've always wanted to take a spin class, but am always shy about trying stuff for the first time. It wasn't too bad. I really like everybody on my team, they're the best!
Our trainer is really cool, too. She's talking about bringing the P90X and Insanity as well as TRX suspension training...so, you know, I'm willing to try anything once. She's organized 3 days of team workouts for us (TUE,THURS,FRI) , and in addition I will be taking 4 weekly Zumba classes(TUE,FRI,SAT, SUN) and my regular Pilates class TUE. I will figure out something to do on WED because I only want one day off a week, even if it's only treadmill. I think Monday will be my day off-I have so much STUFF to do!
I'm a smidge hungry right now, but I'm going to bed shortly. I've stayed in my calorie range and managed to eat the right proportions of nutrients daily, as well as drinking my water. I feel pretty spectacular. I had to "unfollow" several Pinterest boards just for the amount of sweets and goodies pictured. Not cool, Pinterest! Not cool.
