Starting Over

After the recent birth of my new daughter, I am more motivated than ever to improve my health and lose weight. Although I won't be able to start exercising for a little while longer, I am trying to eat healthier (which I was already trying to do during my pregnancy). My goal is to lose 20 to 30 pounds, although I'm not as concerned about the weight as I am my overall fitness. If I can improve my health and strength, I will be happy regardless of the number on the scale.

    Good on you!! And congratulations on the birth our your little girl!!

It's smart to look at weight loss the way you are doing...just remember that you don't put it all on in one day, so it's never going to come off that way!!

Good health is something that will give you the stamina you need for those late night feedings!
