After the recent birth of my new daughter, I am more motivated than ever to improve my health and lose weight. Although I won't be able to start exercising for a little while longer, I am trying to eat healthier (which I was already trying to do during my pregnancy). My goal is to lose 20 to 30 pounds, although I'm not as concerned about the weight as I am my overall fitness. If I can improve my health and strength, I will be happy regardless of the number on the scale.
