The Super Bowl is wearing down now. And it has been a day for fun, football, and mostly gluttony.
The spread put out on this day is incredible, dwarfing that of Thanksgiving and Christmas combined.
So much, they're talking of a chicken wing shortage.
This is an example of the consumption in a few short hours.
Football is mostly forgotten.
And it doesn't have to be that way. The day after doesn't have to be a tragedy.
You don't have to hate yourself the morning after.
It can be a good time, a party!
And a time for healthy snacks.
And you'll feel better later.
And if you don't like football, there's always the Puppy Bowl.
And with all this,
I feel great, and am unstoppable. Touchdown!
