Are you looking for a way to get fit, lose weight, and have fun along the way? Check out the Winter 5% Challenge! Team members will work towards losing 5% of their starting weight in 8 weeks by participating in team challenges that focus on exercise & healthy lifestyle habits. Letís have fun, make new friends and get in shape this Winter!
I spent January in Palm Springs, with a side trip to Las Vegas and this last weekend in Yuma, AZ. I am headed home and should be there by the weekend. I am listening to Wheat Belly as I travel and considering the merits of eliminating wheat from my diet. Being in a dry climate seemed to agree with me, no aches or pains! I will post some pictures later. When I get home I have a week to get ready for 2 weeks in Mexico, then home again and back to work.
