Puppybowl and Superbowl Sunday

A quiet day of resting and watching funny cute kitties and puppies on Animal Planet was most of my day. I also watched the cutest thing, the Puppy Bowl, so adorable! Truly a relaxing, calming good for me day. I went out of the house too because my DH broke his chair this morning and needed another one and asked me to go out with him. I know I have to push myself to get out when I donít want to so I went. It was horrendous as I expected it to be but I made it through with little incident. We then stopped at Little Ceasar's for pizza (lunch and dinner) but I had planned for it since Super Bowl Sunday has always been pizza night for us. I watched most of the Super Bowl but since I really donít have a preferance as to who wins I lost interest about the 3rd quarter, so DH is in watching it now as I write my blog and respond to emails this evening. I am happy to say I stayed in my lower end of calorie range even with not so good lunch/dinner. I didnít have any trouble at all getting in all my fluids today because of food choices pizza always makes me thirsty. I did almost get one stripe done of the two that I have to make and then the hood. I already am planning on making another one for my son, he really likes dark purple so I think I am going to use amethyst.

I am heading off to bed soon, I am just tired this evening for some reason. Stats for today are below

WATP 3 times a week at least 1 mile 15 min increments
1 Day a week mild stretching and such at least 10 min (1 day this week completed)

Also 30 min walking in WM this afternoon

Name one good thing about myself: I got out of the house despite the fact I knew the crowds would be bad today 15 day streak
