6 mile run on the treadmill followed up by a 4 mile run home from the gym. My hubby wanted to go to the gym with me this morning, so I made a switch up in my routine. He did 30 on the treadmill and then played some basketball. He grabbed my gear and went to pick up stuff for dinner. I made it home a few minutes after he did.
Whatever it takes to support him, I will do it. I'm happy that he is making an effort to get back in the gym.
