On a good note I've lost about 5-6 pounds and have maintained it for the last week or so! Go me! I am working on strengthening my knees, slowly. It's kinda hard to workout and lose weight while doing so. At least I'm eating better and have cut out Coca-Cola. It's just slow going but I'm trying and that's what matters in the long run. I can do it!!! Slow and steady wins the race.
