Feeling blahhhhhhh

Well it's been about a month in, and now I feel like things are moving too slowly. I have done a 360 turn in my eating habits. I no longer drink any pop, chips, fastfood, or junk. I went from being a couch potato, to going to the gym 4 times a week, and out walking the other days. I stay within the recommended calories, but I find the weight is coming off too slow. Perhaps I should stop watching the biggest loser emoticon

    I totally understand that. But you know that a slow and steady weight loss is best in the long run. I wonder how many of the biggest loser contestants keep off the weight after the show is over. It sounds like you are doing everything you are supposed to be doing, and the numbers will come. (And you can remind me of this in another 3 weeks)
Keep it up and be patient with yourself. emoticon
