PomatoJ, sounds heavenly. Too cold in my neck of the woods for any grilling. Made guacamole from scratch for snacks, oven fried pork chops with kale and brown rice dinner and had some of my leftover while chicken chili for lunch. Made some teriyaki chicken for the non-pork eaters and other ate left over Chicken Pad See I made on Saturday.
I didn't have anything to do with that silly football stuff, but I did grill today! Bacon-wrapped chicken stuffed with laughing cow swiss wedges for lunch with a side of mashed potatoes... and then grilled vegetable& beef skewers for dinner! Stayed in ranges, and got to eat off the grill all day long. :D heh heh heh 1403 days ago
Simone Im a big football fan. Game day at our house is all about FOOD AND DRINKS .I did ok. the scales will let me know tomorrow. I ate a slice of pizza (usually eat about 2), a salad and 2 beers (usually drink at least 4). I had to stay motivated today. I think I did a pretty good job. 1403 days ago
