1. My main goal for the 8 week challenge is to get my caloric intake down to 1800 calories. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Also to continue doing chair exercises while my knee is healing. I want to loose 5 pounds.
2. I will cut back on calories by portion control, using the meal planner, adding in more veggies , and substitute crystal light for juice. I will drink 1 glass of water with each meal and snack. I am also going to find a low calorie substitute for coffee drinks because I really like those. I will exercise for at least 10 minutes a day.
